Sourced Agent

The Sourced Agent is the platform's assistant: you ask it in plain language about the status of your purchases, deliveries, tenders and suppliers, get help on how to use Sourced, or report a problem so support can get back to you. It's built to answer day-to-day questions without having to navigate the screens.
Where it opens
In the app, the assistant lives behind the green "Sourced Agent" pill pinned to the right edge of the screen. Click it and a panel slides in from the right, available on every user screen. You can also reach it from Slack if your organization has the integration set up.
Good to know
- It's for queries and support: it brings you information and helps you, but it does not create requests or send quote requests on your behalf. Those actions are done from the regular screens.
- It only sees your organization's data: it answers within the scope of your company and your session.
- It replies in your language (Spanish, English or Portuguese).
- It does not expose sensitive tender data: for a tender it gives you status, dates and participation, never prices or the content of the proposals.
