Navigation and interface
The interface is organized around a side menu grouped by the stages of the purchasing process. You can use it from your computer or your phone, and what you see in either case depends on your role and on the modules enabled for your organization.
This page describes the purchasing view. If your role is (for example) accounting, your main screen is Accounts payable, with its own menu (see the Accounts payable section).
Menu sections
Dashboard: spend indicators, received quotations, time saved and trends.
Preparation: My suppliers, Discover suppliers, Bid specifications, Repository.
Spot purchasing · Email: Triage, Create spot purchase, Bulk upload, PR History, Item History, Pending Awards, Manual Review, Purchase orders.
Tenders · Portal: Tenders, Metrics, Technical evaluators.
Logistics: Dashboard, Tracking, Calendar, Data upload, Consignment.
Tools: Inbox, AI Chat, Email accounts, Templates, Signatures.
Counters and pending items
Some menu entries show a red number with what is waiting for your action:
Pending Awards: purchase requests with enough quotations to award.
Manual Review: supplier responses that the AI could not process with confidence and require manual review.
Inbox: unread conversations.
The counters update automatically every few minutes.
Notifications
The bell at the top right shows updates (quotation ready, PO created, escalation). From there you access the notification center, and in Settings → Notifications you choose what to receive by email and what within the app.
Language
The platform is available in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The language is taken from the URL (for example /en/…) and from your organization's preference.
