What you can ask

Last updated: 6/30/2026

The Sourced Agent understands plain-language questions about your organization's data. These are the queries it can answer today, with examples. You don't need exact words: write it the way you'd normally say it.

Request status (PR / requisitions)

The status of an internal purchase request, by its code or by filters. It recognizes the Sourced code (e.g. PR-21224532) as well as the ERP number (SOLPED, SC, requisition). Examples:

  • "how is PR-21224532 doing?"
  • "status of solped 2342342344"
  • "my requests pending approval"
  • "the cable requisitions approved this month"

The detail shows status, items, quote requests sent, responses received and pending. If the code doesn't exist, it tells you (it won't show other requests as if they were that one).

Deliveries and purchase orders (ERP POs)

Delivery tracking for the POs loaded from your ERP: status, agreed date, supplier-confirmed date and delays. Examples:

  • "what deliveries do I have this week?"
  • "overdue deliveries"
  • "status of PO 4500098765"
  • "which POs have no response from the supplier?"

Purchase history

What you bought before, from whom and at what price. Examples:

  • "who did we buy M8 stainless bolts from?"
  • "historical price of KSB pumps"
  • "last purchase of flanges"

Tenders

The status of a tender: dates, round and participation (how many were invited and how many submitted a proposal). For the confidentiality of the process, it does not show prices or the content of the proposals. Examples:

  • "how is tender LIC-00040 going?"
  • "my open tenders"
  • "how many responded to the network pruning tender?"

Suppliers

The profile of one of your organization's suppliers: contact details and category. Examples:

  • "give me Acme's contact"
  • "which electrical suppliers do I have?"
  • "what email do I write to for that supplier?"

For how much we bought from a supplier, use the purchase history (that's a different query).
