Using it from Slack

If your organization integrated the Sourced Agent with Slack, anyone in the company can query it from there —not just the procurement team— without entering the platform. It's ideal for requesting areas to self-check "what happened with my request?".

How to use it

• Mention it in the channel where it's installed and type your question, just like in the app: request status, deliveries, tenders, suppliers and history.
• The assistant recognizes you by your Slack account email: if it matches a Sourced user in your organization, it answers with your context; if not, it still answers within the organization's scope.

Good to know

The same rules as in the app apply: it's for queries (it doesn't create requests), it only sees your organization's data, and it doesn't expose tender prices or proposals. The integration is installed by an administrator.
