Repository

The Repository is the big folder where all of your organization's bid specifications are stored: what you upload (old specifications, standards, manuals, drawings) and what the generator produces. Everything is processed and searchable in a single place.

A knowledge base that learns

The repository is not just a file store: the platform learns from your historical specifications. If at two different times you need to tender the same service, the system has the context of the previous specification to build the new one, instead of starting from scratch. The more it is used, the richer the base becomes.

Upload documents

• Formats: PDF, Word, Excel. On upload, the system extracts the text to index it.
• Processing states: pending, processing and ready (or failed, with the option to retry).
• Add a title, description and tags to find them later.

Working with a document

• View the extraction: the text the AI read from the file.
• Download the original.
• Create a specification from the document: uses the content as a base for the generator, useful for modernizing historical specifications.
• Delete the ones that are no longer useful.

Search and filters

Search by title, description or tags, and filter by processing state and by origin (uploaded vs. generated). Generated documents also show the progress of their contribution chain.
