Review and reprocessing

Two sections of the panel let you step in when automatic processing couldn't resolve something on its own.

Quotation review

When the AI processes a supplier response with low confidence, the quotation is locked until human review. The list shows the PR, the supplier, the confidence score and how long it has been locked.

  • A high confidence score (≥90%) indicates that the extraction is reliable and the review should be quick.

  • The review is handled with the Sourced team from the button that opens the case; the quotation does not advance to the comparison until it is resolved.

Email reprocessing

If a supplier email failed to process (odd format, transient error), the quotation was never extracted and the PR remains incomplete. In this section:

  1. Identify the failed email (date, address, subject, sender).

  2. Click Reprocess: the email goes back into the processing queue and, if it succeeds this time, the quotation appears in the PR.

If reprocessing fails again, report it to the support team with the email's subject and date.
