Notifications

Sourced notifies you when something needs your attention: a comparison ready, an order generated, an escalation. Notifications arrive through two channels, inside the app (the bell) and by email, and you control which ones you receive on each.

The bell and the notification center

• The bell icon (top right) shows the unread count and quick access to the latest ones.
• The notification center lists the full history, with All / Unread tabs and the option to mark all as read.
• Clicking a notification takes you to the resource (the PR, the order, the escalation).

Preferences

In Settings → Notifications you choose, per event type, whether you want email, in-app notification, both or neither:

• Escalations: when a quotation needs manual review.
• Comparison ready: when a PR is ready to award.
• PO created: when a purchase order is generated.
• Weekly report: an email summary of your activity; you can choose the day and time it arrives.

The general email and in-app switches turn off the whole channel at once; the Reset button restores the default values. The notifications from the logistics module (deliveries) have their own logic within that module.
