Sign up as a supplier

Signing up is free and takes a few minutes. You do it just once. If you get stuck, you can save and continue later: the wizard remembers what you've already entered.

How to reach the registration

Go to the public link your customer gave you (something like …/supplier-portal/your-company) or to the link in the tender invitation email. You'll see the company's page with a Sign up / Start Registration button.

Step 0: create your account

First you create your user with your email and a password, and confirm the email. You'll always use that same account to enter the portal. Then the 5-step wizard opens.

The 5 steps

  1. Your company: legal name, tax ID, email, phone, country, state/province, city, address and a brief description of your company's activity (the website is optional). As you type, if your company is already registered (by name or tax ID), the system warns you and asks if it's you, so you can complete your data instead of duplicating. Also choose your preferred language: quotations reach you in that language.

  2. Contacts: add at least one person with name, email and phone, and choose their role. Keep the role distinction in mind: sales contacts receive the quotation requests and the tender invitations; logistics contacts receive the delivery notices.

  3. Categories: browse the category tree (category, subcategory, specialty) and check yours. Choose the categories that truly represent your offering: that determines which opportunities reach you.

  4. Documents (optional): upload certificates, credentials or presentations (PDF, Word, images; up to 10 MB each).

  5. Review and terms: review the summary. If your customer requires accepting terms, you'll see them here. Some are accepted with a checkmark and others are forms to download, complete, sign and re-upload. The Submit button is enabled when you complete all of them.

After submitting

  • You see a confirmation screen and you receive an email.

  • Depending on how your customer configured it, your registration is approved instantly or under review (in that case they notify you by email when they approve it).

  • Once approved, you enter the portal with your email and password. If any profile data is missing, the system takes you to complete it before you can use the portal.

New and existing companies

Both new companies and suppliers your customer already had loaded or invited come in through this same registration. If you were already in their database, the system links you (it doesn't duplicate you) and you complete what's missing.

Keeping your profile up to date

In My Profile you edit your data, add or remove contacts and update your categories when you take on new ones. Keeping it current improves the opportunities you receive.
