Suppliers

Your supplier base is the main input the AI uses to decide who to ask for quotes: the better categorized and more complete it is, the better the automatic selections you'll get.

Where your suppliers come from

• Directory: those your organization loaded or imported (including the catalog upload managed with Sourced).

• Portal: those who registered themselves through your organization's supplier portal.

• Discovery: those your organization found with the AI-powered external search.

What the system does with them

• Each supplier has categories (a 3-level tree) that determine which items it is a candidate for.

• Its contacts define who receives the quotation requests (with a validated email; the system does not mark "sent" if the mailbox is invalid).

• The history of quotations and awards feeds the automatic selection and the price comparisons.

• A supplier on the blacklist is excluded from selections.
