Sign up as a supplier
Last updated: 10/10/2026
Signing up is free and takes a few minutes. You do it just once. If you get stuck, you can save and continue later: the wizard remembers what you've already entered.
How to reach the registration
Go to the public link your customer gave you (something like …/supplier-portal/your-company) or to the link in the tender invitation email. You'll see the company's page with a Sign up / Start Registration button.
Step 0: create your account
First you create your user with your email and a password, and confirm the email. You'll always use that same account to enter the portal. Then the 5-step wizard opens.
About the password: for security reasons, our system automatically detects and rejects weak passwords or passwords that have appeared in online data breaches. If your password is not accepted, it is not an error: choose a stronger one. We recommend at least 8 characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and a special character (for example
!,#or$).
The 5 steps
Your company: legal name, tax ID, email, phone, country, state/province, city, address and a brief description of your company's activity (the website is optional). As you type, if your company is already registered (by name or tax ID), the system warns you and asks if it's you, so you can complete your data instead of duplicating. Also choose your preferred language: quotations reach you in that language.
Contacts: add at least one person with name, email and phone, and choose their role. Keep the role distinction in mind: sales contacts receive the quotation requests and the tender invitations; logistics contacts receive the delivery notices.
Categories: browse the category tree (category, subcategory, specialty) and check yours. Choose the categories that truly represent your offering: that determines which opportunities reach you.
Documents: if the company asks you to accept registration terms, you complete them here: some are accepted with a checkmark and others are forms to download, complete, sign and re-upload. If it also set up documents for sign-up, you see them under Documentation: those marked with * are required to finish registering, the rest can be uploaded later from the portal, and the ones that depend on your answers or on data the company confirms appear without an asterisk, with a note (see Person type, tax status and the company's questions below). Finally, under Other documents (optional), you can add certificates, credentials or presentations (PDF, Word, images; up to 10 MB each).
Review: check the summary of what you entered (company, contacts, categories, terms and documents) and click Complete setup. The button is enabled once the terms and the required documents from the previous step are complete.
CUIT check with AFIP (Argentina)
If you choose Argentina as the country in the Your company step, Sourced looks up your CUIT in the AFIP registry as you type it:
If the CUIT is not valid (it has 11 digits and the last one is the check digit), if AFIP has no record of it or if it is inactive, you cannot continue until you fix it.
If it is verified, the company name becomes the one registered with AFIP and cannot be edited. State, city and address are filled in from the fiscal address if they were empty, and you can change them. The person type and VAT status, when AFIP reports them, are also taken from there.
If AFIP doesn't respond at that moment, you can still continue: the company checks the CUIT later.
After submitting
You see a confirmation screen and you receive an email.
Depending on how your customer configured it, your registration is approved instantly or under review (in that case they notify you by email when they approve it).
Once approved, you enter the portal with your email and password. If any profile data is missing, the system takes you to complete it before you can use the portal.
New and existing companies
Both new companies and suppliers your customer already had loaded or invited come in through this same registration. If you were already in their database, the system links you (it doesn't duplicate you) and you complete what's missing.
Keeping your profile up to date
In My Profile you edit your data, add or remove contacts and update your categories when you take on new ones. Keeping it current improves the opportunities you receive.
Trouble creating your account or signing in?
Forgot your password: on the sign-in screen use the “Forgot password?” option and you will receive an email to create a new one.
The verification email didn't arrive: it can take a few minutes; check your spam folder. From the same screen you can ask for it to be resent.
It says your email is already registered: you already have an account (maybe you created it before, or a colleague did with that email). Don't try to sign up again: sign in, and if you don't remember the password, recover it.
The Documentation step when the company asks for specific documents
If the company configured document types for sign-up, under Documentation each one shows its kind and is completed like this:
Accept: open it with Read document and tick I have read the document and I accept it.
Fill in and return: click Download template, fill it in and upload it with Upload completed file.
Upload: upload your file with Choose file (for example, your tax certificate or insurance).
PDF, Word, Excel and JPG or PNG images are accepted, up to 10 MB each; Change file replaces it. If the document expires, an Expiry date field appears once you choose the file, and it is required: you will then see it in Documents, in your portal, and if the company sends automatic reminders it will email you before it expires. While a required document is missing you cannot move on to the next step (you see “Required documents are missing to finish registering.”).
The files are uploaded when you submit the registration. If one could not be uploaded, click Retry upload. If the company reviews registrations manually and you closed the page before finishing, when you sign in again you see Your registration status with Documents missing: upload them under Complete your documents and click Send documents.
While your registration is reviewed, and if changes are requested
If the company reviews registrations manually, when you submit the registration and every time you sign in you see the Your registration status page: the status (Under review, Changes requested, Approved or Not approved), a summary of what you sent and the conversation with the company, where you can write to them if you have questions (they get it by email). The emails you receive about your registration are automated: if you reply to them, the reply does not reach the company; write in that conversation instead.
When the company requests changes, you get an email with what to fix, and on that page you see the request under What they ask for and the Fix my registration button, which opens the form with what you already entered. Fix it, upload what is missing (for example, a document shown as Rejected in the summary) and click Resubmit registration. When approved you receive an email with portal access; if not approved, the email and the page show you the reason.
Person type, tax status and the company's questions
In the first step you indicate whether you are an individual or a company and, if your country has the option, your tax status (e.g. monotributo in Argentina or RIMPE in Ecuador). The tax ID field is labeled for your country (CUIT, RUC, RUT, NIT, RFC, CNPJ / CPF…). In Argentina, if your CUIT was verified with AFIP, the data AFIP reports is filled in automatically and can't be changed. In the documentation step the company may ask you some Yes/No questions about your activity (e.g. “Do you transport goods?”): you need to answer all of them to continue. Based on your answers and profile, you only see the documents that may apply to you; the ones that still depend on an answer or on data the company confirms appear without an asterisk, with a note (“Depends on your answers above” or “The company will confirm if you need it”).
