This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, we share and protect information obtained through our Platform, including information collected when you connect your email account using the integration with Nylas. By using our Service and authorizing integration with your email account, you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Our Platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to automate and optimize purchasing processes. Specifically:
- We use third-party language models (including Anthropic, OpenAI and Google services) to analyze and process purchase requests, classify products into categories, and extract relevant information from quotes and communications with suppliers.
- AI processes the content of emails, attached documents and purchase data to identify prices, business terms and product specifications.
- AI models help us suggest relevant suppliers based on purchase history and product categories.
- We can use AI to compare quotes, normalize measurement units and generate historical price analysis.
The data processed by these AI systems is subject to the privacy and security policies of the respective providers. We don't use your data to train third-party AI models. AI processing is carried out with the objective of improving the efficiency and accuracy of purchasing processes, always under human supervision for critical decisions.
4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Execution of a contract: The processing is necessary for the execution of the service contract that we have with you or your company.
