Extra - Bulk RFQ Creation

Just as we covered how to create individual Purchase Requests, you can also create them in bulk by uploading a CSV file.

You can do this by navigating to the Create Multiple Requests section in the left-hand menu.

From there, you can download the standard request template, which you will need to fill in with the actual data for your RFQs. In this spreadsheet, the first two columns correspond to the external request number (from your ERP) and the line number. Use these fields to group each line item you upload into separate RFQs.

After uploading the CSV with your data, a preview will be displayed. In the next step, the categorization process will begin. This is the process by which our AI analyzes each line item and classifies it to find the relevant suppliers for each one.

Once categorization is complete, Sourced will display the supplier selection carousel. This allows you to choose which companies to invite to each RFQ.

After making your selection for each RFQ, the process will finalize and quote request emails will be sent to each supplier.

Your supply chain on autopilot.
